Parking your bicycle
You should park your bicycle where the administration set as formal parking places. Otherwise special officers probably move your bicycle to places where you cannot find it easily.
PE classes
Usually PE classes are done far from the University Hall (本館). Therefore you probably have to hurry up when you have a class in the period just before the PE classes unless you do not want to fail the PE class.
Eating during 567 (go-ro-chi: classes during 5th 6th and 7th periods)
Some of you might get hungry during 567. If you want to buy something to eat during 567 breaks you have to go the book store (Sanseido) before 6 o'clock because after that the store close and you can buy only drinks and instant-noodles from the bending machines.
Cold in summer and hot in winter
Not a few class rooms in ICU are cold in summer and hot in winter because of the troublesome system of airconditioning. If you are sinsitive to the gap between inside temparature and that of outside the class rooms consider taking clothes or wearing ones you can take off easily during the class in order to adjust your temprature.
Going back to your home through gates
If you think you will go through gates of ICU during the night very often make sure when the gates close at night because each gate has different time to be closed. you can check it in your "STUDENT HANDBOOK"
Complaints
Since ICU students come from vairous cultural backgrounds sometimes you notice some other students are noisy when they are talking in hall ways during the class for example or vice versa you might think some others are too sensitive to the sounds. But please regard these complaints sincerly not getting angry or annoyed and you can develop sensibility for multi-cultural environment. When every student takse it into account ICU becomes at least a litte better place to live multiculturally.
